1. Can we get a sample?
Yes, sample is free, but customer needs to pay the freight.
We will ship out the sample in 1-2 working days after the freight is confirmed.
2. Can you provide the packing box with our design?
Yes, we can custom the packing box for you if the quantity is above 1000 pieces.
3.Can i use my own shipping company?
Yes. We usually ship the orders by FedEx and DHL but if you want to ship your orders with your own shipping company, please contact us.
4. When can i receive the orders?
Sample will be shipped in 1-2 working days.
Bulk will be shipped in 3-7 working days in according to the quantity. it usually takes about 7-15 days for delivery.
OEM LOGO and package will be shipped in 7-15 working days after your sample is confirmed, it usually takes about 7-15 days for delivery.
